Email support@i765helper.com and tell us which iPhone and iOS version you have and what you were doing when something went wrong. Please don't email us your answers, your A-Number, your passport number or a photo of a document. We don't need them to help you, and email isn't a safe place for them.
Your purchase is tied to one number on your form: your A-Number or, if you don't have one, your I-94 number or your passport number. The app tells you which one when you pay. Your answers are kept out of backups, so after you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone, you start with an empty form. To get your purchase back:
Before you buy, the app shows you that number so you can check it against your document.
Filling out the form, previewing every page and changing your answers are free. One purchase unlocks printing, sharing and saving this I-765, as many times as you want. Fixing one typo in the number it's tied to later, like a wrong digit or two digits swapped, is covered. A different number is a different application and needs its own purchase. It's a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete all my data. It removes every application, answer and document from your phone, along with what our server keeps for your phone. If you're offline, the server part finishes the next time you open the app with a connection. This can't be undone. Purchases stay with your Apple Account, and a paid application comes back with Restore purchases once the number it was paid with is on the form again.
There's no account, so there's nothing to sign in to or close.
We can help with the app itself. We can't tell you how to answer a question on your application, which eligibility category to file under, or whether you qualify for employment authorization. For that, talk to an immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice. USCIS explains how to find one.
We are not a law firm, we do not give legal advice, and this app is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney. I-765 Helper is not affiliated with USCIS or any government agency.
